*This challenge is also suitable for teens. Whilst it isn’t aimed at children, you will be able to pass on the knowledge and skills that you learn to your children.


WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BREATHWORK?

Breathwork when performed in a conscious and mindful way, is transformative for our health - and there’s lots of scientific evidence to prove it!

When performed in specific ways, which will be outlined in the 30 day challenge, breathwork can:

  • enhance brain function

  • reduce stress and anxiety

Research has found that with just 5 minutes of breathing practise 2-3 times a day (that’s just 10-15 minutes out of 1440 minutes in a day) the following can be experienced:

Days 1 & 2 - reduction in feelings of stress and overwhelm

Days 5, 6 & 7 - become aware that you automatically start mindful breathing at numerous times in the day when you start to experience overwhelm

Day 21 - after 21 days you have created new neural pathways in the brain that make daily mindful breathing a life changing habit (not just a phase)

Day 30 - you notice your resting breath rate has reduced to less breaths per minute (which is a good thing) and you have made lasting changes that nurture your brain health, positively influence your nervous system and increase efficiency of your cardiorespiratory system….plus so much more!


WHAT DOES THE CHALLENGE INVOLVE?

Receive 30 videos to be watched daily for 30 days in the form of an eBook. You can start at any time that is convenient for you.

Each day's video will include explicit instruction on how to effectively complete the day's breath safely and for the best results. Kylie will also guide and talk you through your mindful breathing practise each day.

It is recommended that you start with completing just 5 minutes of breathing for the first 3 days, then increase to 5 minutes of breathing at two different times in the day for 3 days, and then 5 minutes of breathing at three different times in the day. This progression will help you experience success in building your new mindful breathing practise.
